Senior Citizen Discount: We offer a 10% discount on all treatment received by our senior patients age 60 and over when paid in full (check/cash/debit only) at the time treatment is started. This discount does not apply to credit card payments due to the fee assessed by card services.

Major Service Payment Plan: We offer a 2-payment option for Crown, Bridge and Denture treatment. We ask that you pay half at the initial appointment and the final payment is due prior to the final seat appointment.

Invisalign Monthly Payment Plan: We allow (with a signed agreement form), a Credit Card Payment Option for Invisalign patients. This allows you to make automatic monthly installment payments by credit card that is kept on file. Payment amounts will be determined by the estimated time required to complete your treatment. A downpayment is required with this option.

Cash Discount: Patients with NO insurance benefits or who have maxed their benefits for the year are eligible for this discount. We offer a 10% discount on treatment when paid in full (check/cash/debit only) prior to treatment start. This discount does not apply to credit card payments due to the fee assessed by card services.

Financing Options:

Care Credit: Care Credit offers a full range of payment plans. Our office features up to 12-month No Interest* payment plan with Care Credit which features monthly payments as low as 3% of the balance and lets you pay within the specified time without incurring interest charges. 

For patients who would prefer more time to pay with lower monthly payments, Care Credit offers 24, 36, 48, and 60 month extended payment plans* offer a low, fixed 11.9% interest rate and an extended term.
